We have been customers for several years but just recently looked at the binder you have for our home. I have to tell you how impressed I was with what I saw. Such detail on every aspect of our home and how you care for it; every room addressed and even pictures. As a detail oriented person I was simply blown away. I always knew your company was on top of things but I doubt many others go to the lengths you have to make sure the customer is taken care of.
