Do I need to provide supplies and equipment?
In order to avoid cross contamination many of our clients are choosing to provide their own cleaning items for us to use during cleaning sessions. If you are a new customer, we will work out a customized plan to fit your needs. We ask that you please sign the COVID-19 Release Form once we have that plan set up. Note: we do not supply toilet bowl cleaners.
What about insurance?
For your protection, all staff at Elite Home Cleaning are fully insured and bonded. We will be happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
How do you handle any questions that may arise?
Lori (the owner) is just a phone call or email away. We encourage open communication with our valued customers. We work hard for your approval and look forward to continual feedback to help keep our service “Elite”!
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due at the time of service. In order to keep costs down, we accept payment by Cash, Paypal payment or Check (made out to Elite Home Cleaning). A $4.00 convenience fee will be added to the cost of each clean paid by credit card through our office. Visit our payment page.
How is the charge determined?
A flat rate will be determined once we meet to go over your specific cleaning needs.
What if I want to give a gift of house cleaning?
How nice! Just give us a call and we will set you up with a gift certificate.
Can I call someone for a reference?
Absolutely, upon request.

We are pleased to provide a discount to our new customers.

Of course, just call us within 24 hours and we will return to take care of any area of concern.
How do you gain access to my home?
There is no need to be home when we clean. Many customers provide keys which are coded for your protection. We can discuss other options to fit individual needs.
