At Elite Home Cleaning, we offer a range of professional cleaning services tailored to meet different needs. Two of our most requested options are maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning. Maintenance cleaning is ideal for keeping your space tidy and fresh on a regular basis, while deep cleaning provides a more detailed, thorough approach for those times when extra attention is needed. Here's what you can expect from each service:

Maintenance Clean Package (Included In All Services)

  • Included in every basic clean:
  • Basement upon request only
  • Hand dusting of all surfaces, miscellaneous items, pictures etc. (where able)
  • Dusting of baseboards
  • High dusting for cobwebs
  • Spot cleaning of all reachable windows & sills including sliding glass doors
  • Cleaning of all mirrors & glass 
  • Cannister vacuuming & mopping of all hard floor surfaces
  • Vacuuming of carpeted rooms & area rugs
  • Staircases; including dusting of banisters and spindles
  • Making beds (changing sheets is by request only & could take extra time)
  • Empty trash cans throughout the home
  • Staging & tidying where possible

SPECIFIC BATHROOM TASKS:

  • Handwashing of floors and baseboards
  • Thorough scrubbing of tubs/showers
  • Spot cleaning of cabinetry
  • Deep clean of sink, counter and faucet
  • Deep clean and sanitizing of toilets and surrounding areas
  • Dusting of picture frames and decor

SPECIFIC KITCHEN TASKS:

  • Cleaning of counters including small appliances (inside of microwave)
  • Outside of large appliances
  • Spot cleaning of cabinetry
  • Deep cleaning of sink and faucet
  • Wipe down of kitchen table and chairs (highchair)

*Our insurance policy only allows our technicians to stand on a 2-step ladder
*Our teams are not authorized to handle cleaning of pet waste or blood

Deep Clean Task List

Please let us know which à la carte options you’d like to customize your clean. Customize your Deep Cleaning and your Move-In/out Cleaning with our Task List:

  1. Handwashing of baseboards
  2. Washing of all cabinet faces
  3. Cleaning of interior cabinets & drawers (If empty or mostly empty)
  4. Dusting of ceiling fans
  5. Cleaning of light fixtures
  6. Edging in carpeted rooms
  7. Remove all cushions to vacuum furniture and vacuum cushions as well
  8. Wiping of decorative trims, moldings & door frames
  9. Wiping down of interior doors
  10. Dusting of blinds (no wet wiping)
  11. Washing of interior windows 
  12. Cleaning of window tracks (we do not remove screens or open windows)
  13. Cleaning of interior of fridge (we remove drawers, we do not remove shelves. The freezer can only be cleaned if unplugged and defrosted)
  14. Cleaning out of oven (ONLY AFTER client runs self-clean feature at least 24 hours prior to clean)
  15. Polishing of wood furniture (using customer supplied cloths and polish)
