Elite Home Cleaning supplies all the necessary equipment and materials for our services. Clients have the option to request the use of their own equipment or supplies. However, to utilize client-provided items, we require a Release of Claims for liability coverage. The only item we do not provide is a toilet bowl brush, which we kindly ask each client to supply for every bathroom.

Please complete our Release Waiver form if you prefer our team to use products you provide.

For your protection, all staff at Elite Home Cleaning are fully insured and bonded. We will be happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request

All of our employees undergo thorough background checks before joining our team. We take your safety and peace of mind seriously, which is why we carefully screen every cleaner to ensure they meet our high standards of trust and professionalism.

Payment is collected on the day of the clean by cash, check, PayPal, Credit or Debit card. If paying with PayPal or Credit/Debit card, a 4% convenience fee will be added. All major Credit cards are accepted.

A flat rate will be established after your home has been cleaned two to three times, allowing us to assess the average time required for cleaning. Until this flat rate is determined, an hourly rate will be applicable.

Specials and discounts will be applied where eligible.

Of course, just call us within 24 hours and we will return to take care of any area of concern.

We prefer to have either a lock box or a garage/door code to gain access to your home. Some customers provide keys which are coded for your protection.

The team comes equipped with a personalized checklist of tasks and expectations that relate specifically to each client's home. Therefore, it’s not necessary to be home during our service. We respectfully accommodate those who prefer to be home as well. Ultimately, the decision is yours.
