For use of customer’s cleaning chemicals and/or equipment

I do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless, Elite Home Cleaning, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, its’ agents, employees and representatives of and from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, losses, expenses and compensation, on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known damages.
This release contains the entire agreement the parties hereto, and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
I further state that I have carefully read the forgoing release and know the contents thereof and I sign the same as my own free act.
I understand that employment with Elite Home Cleaning is of a nature that requires background checks for evaluation purposes. I also understand that any misrepresentation, falsification or omission of facts herein may be grounds for disqualification, release or dismissal.

Qualifications for this job:
You must be able to pass a background check.
You must have your own insured and reliable vehicle which you will use to travel to jobs.
You must be able to lift and carry vacuums/cleaning supplies.
You must be available from 8:00 a.m. up to 5:00 p.m. on scheduled work days.
Some benefits for working at Elite Home Cleaning:
Our employees make a minimum of $15 per labor hour and $20 per labor hour for more detailed cleans
Weekdays only, off by 5 p.m. or before
